Between Lucky Food Basket & POS / Agent Partner

This MOU outlines the terms and conditions for the purpose of selling raffle tickets, promoting the platform, and generating revenue while supporting community engagement.

Section 1

Purpose

This Agreement is made to establish a business partnership between Lucky Food Basket and the POS/Agent Partner for the purpose of selling raffle tickets, promoting the platform, and generating revenue while supporting community engagement.

Section 2

Responsibilities of the Agent (POS Operator)

  • •Sell Lucky Food Basket raffle tickets to customers
  • •Actively promote Lucky Food Basket to walk-in customers
  • •Clearly explain the benefits and participation process
  • •Maintain accurate daily sales records
  • •Maintain honesty, professionalism, and accountability at all times
Section 3

Responsibilities of Lucky Food Basket

  • •Provide tickets (physical and/or digital)
  • •Provide marketing materials (flyers, scripts, banners, etc.)
  • •Pay agreed commission promptly
  • •Support the Agent with updates, training, and promotions
  • •Ensure transparency in raffle draws and operations

Commission Structure

Commission per ticket sold

As agreed (₦ per ticket)

Bonus for high sales

Performance bonus eligible

Exact commission rates will be communicated upon approval of this application.

Section 5

Trust, Accountability & Compliance

  • •All transactions must be transparent and verifiable
  • •Any form of fraud, diversion of funds, or dishonesty will lead to immediate termination
  • •Legal action may be taken where necessary

Section 7

Duration

This Agreement remains valid from the date of signing and continues until terminated by either party.

Section 8

Termination

  • •Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice
  • •Immediate termination will occur in cases of misconduct, fraud, or breach of agreement

Both parties agree to work together in good faith to grow Lucky Food Basket, ensure transparency, and deliver value to the community.
