By accessing or using the LuckyBasket platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using LuckyBasket, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Lottery & Draws
LuckyBasket operates a food-lottery system. Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Winners are selected randomly through our secure RNG system once all slots for a draw are filled or the timer expires.
Payment Terms
All transactions on LuckyBasket are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Users are responsible for any fees associated with their payment methods. Wallet balances are intended solely for the purchase of tickets and are strictly non-withdrawable once deposited.
Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from attempting to manipulate the draw mechanics, creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes, or engaging in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the platform.
