Delivery Coverage
Within Our Base City
- Delivery is FREE to the winner's provided address.
- Delivery will be completed within 2–5 working days after winner verification.
Outside Our Base City
Winners outside our base city have the following options:
- Pick-up Option: Winner can collect their prize from our office or a designated partner location.
- Third-Party Delivery: Delivery can be arranged through a logistics company, with the cost covered by the winner.
Delivery Process
- Winners will be contacted via phone or email after the draw announcement.
- Delivery details (address, preferred time, and contact) must be confirmed by the winner.
- A valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery or pickup.
Delivery Timeframe
- Delivery begins only after full verification of the winner's identity.
- Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, but winners will be duly informed.
Prize Condition
- All food items and goods will be delivered in good, inspected condition.
- Winners are advised to inspect all items thoroughly upon delivery or pickup before signing off.
Failure to Claim
If a winner fails to respond or claim their prize within 7–14 days of being contacted, Lucky Food Basket reserves the right to take appropriate action as stated in its Terms & Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Lucky Food Basket is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party logistics providers chosen by the winner.
